As the E.A.M -Deputy General Manager at Kenzi Hotels Group, I am responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of a 237-room property with multiple dining and wellness facilities and a large conference center. I have successfully scaled and restructured the hotel operations, achieving remarkable customer satisfaction and profitability. Previously, I was part of the hotel executive management operation team at El Conquistador Resort, a 950-room property in Puerto Rico, where I implemented innovative solutions to enhance the value and functionality of the resort.
