Within the EOS Solutions SpA Group (Bologna branch) in the role of PMO & Application Senior Consultant I manage and coordinate ERP, CRM and B.I. projects in Microsoft technology with national and international customers in different areas like Manufacturing (Mechanical, Chemical), Services (Consulting, Utilities) and Catering and Food & Beverage. In some projects, together with the PMO, I have the role of Consultant and Technical / Functional Analyst of procedures and technical flows. In addition to having responsibility for the budget and project timing, I carry out a support and tutoring function for the Resources involved (in particular the PMs) to support them in the management and control of the projects in compliance with company methodologies and procedures. Together with some Italian and German colleagues, I am part of the PMO International Team which outlines the guidelines regarding the management & control methodologies and procedures used in the projects and takes care of their disclosure and implementation at Group level. The application solutions implemented are those of the Microsoft suite (Business Central, MS Navision, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power B.I.) and are proposed and implemented both in “On-Premises” and “PaaS” and “SaaS” technological architectures.
