I advise large institutional investors in delivering their private markets investment goals. Having a background in Astrophysics, I have a high threshold for technology and AI and leverage this to deliver legal services in a streamlined, data driven manner. I advise financial institutions, pension funds, fund-of-funds, family offices and DFIs on all aspects of their private markets portfolios: primaries, secondaries, restructurings and GP stakes, across a variety of geographies, sectors and asset classes. I also advise clients on their fund-raising activities: primarily large institutions, fund-of-funds and family offices, including on platform and product development. I am a partner based in the London office of DLA Piper. I am listed as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 and have been included in the Who’s Who Legal for Private Funds since 2017.
