Inspiriert durch sein MBA an der Hochschule St. Gallen und der UC Berkeley, gründete Oswald die inet-logistics und entwickelte diese als CEO bis Ende 2019 zu einem weltweit führenden Anbieter von Cloud TMS (Transport Management System). Seit der erfolgreichen Integration der inet-logistics in die Alpega Gruppe ist er dort als Aufsichtsrat tätig. Seit der Ausbildung im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energie (REM) an der Universität St. Gallen engagiert sich Oswald für die Etablierung von grünem Wasserstoff als Schlüsselbaustein einer erfolgreichen Energiewende.
