The role involves assisting the Crew Lead by seeking guidance on mission support activities, equipment requirements, and management directives, while independently executing tasks with team resources. Responsibilities extend to coordinating shift-crew work schedules, resolving daily operational challenges, and adhering to technical and organizational policies, with recommendations for improvements. Additionally, the role requires identifying and coordinating crew training, conducting On-Job Training (OJT), and maintaining necessary technical certifications. It also involves developing and updating best practice guides, reviewing outdated documentation, and ensuring approved procedural updates. Daily operations at the control console are monitored to make necessary adjustments and ensure secure control of critical resources, while reporting operational and personnel matters to leadership, including the Crew Lead, Deputy Manager, and Department Management Teams.
