ANF Group has a 42-year history of building on Florida\'s east coast. I\'m honored to have been chosen to manage the company\'s first project in Southwest Florida. We broke ground on Oakwood Village in Fort Myers just a few months ago. This 18-acre site off of Six Mile Cypress Parkway will feature 255 rental units (212 apartments and 43 townhomes) made up of eight (8) 3-story apartment buildings, five (5) 2-story buildings, 9 garage structures (5 garage bays per structure), a two-story clubhouse, pool, playground, dog park, walking paths and an indigenous preserve area. We\'re fortunate to have partnered with the dedicated development team at Global City and looking forward to providing new, quality housing options to the region.
