In this current role, I conduct treasury functions such as cash/float management, budget preparation, and fund sourcing, among others, to ensure that NOMBA never runs out of working capital. One of my key responsibilities is to streamline all accounting processes, such as Cost accounting, Billing, Revenue recognition, and Inventory accounting. Based on my progressive industry-related experience, I collaborate with the CEO and CTO on strategies that will put the company in the lead for subsequent funding rounds, as well as provide a strategic and cohesive financial advisory service to the company by ensuring that timely and accurate reports on financial performance to investors and management. I lead development and documentation of business processes and accounting policies for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing internal controls.
