Each month, I perform detailed variance analysis comparing forecasts to actuals and deliver actionable insights. By leveraging a deep understanding of Aprio’s internal systems and processes, I serve as an advisor to acquired firms during their onboarding. I also participate in special projects focused on optimizing reporting and forecasting functions.
