Will be providing End-User Support for a smaller banking organization acquiring another location (supporting 3 locations in South San Francisco). Some onsite work as needed. · Working with a Team Lead and supporting around 70 users in a banking environment.· Manage vendor-delivered projects and perform Equipment/Software Maintenance· End User Support assisting with migrations between a two-company integration, helping users, connecting peripherals (printers, cables, laptops, basic network firewalls), troubleshooting local installs (maybe 0365, Teams, One-Drive, TPX, laptops, DocuSign, FIS, etc.), decommissioning, etc.· Troubleshoot equipment problems within the Company as they are acquiring another company.· Help facilitate office moves, transfers, and additions.· Implement and recommend an equipment replacement policy· Properly dispose of old equipment as per Integrity’s policy· Compile bank reports for various bank needs.· Know, adhere to, and administer all compliance-related procedures and processes relevant to bank and financial service organizations.(Network and Software are managed externally)
