Our most recent milestone defines our mission: In March 2025, we successfully transitioned Nissan Technical Center North America (NTCNA) from a 35+ year old mainframe system onto our platform, enabling near 7X ROI annually. By adding Nissan to our network, we have created a seamless link between the OEM’s engineering hub and a supply chain that now reaches active suppliers.I have spent over two decades embedded in the automotive pre-production environment. We co-founded ProjectSynergy after witnessing the \"manual chaos\" of prototype shops and the immense stress caused by ad-hoc, disconnected systems. Our focus has always been simple: solving problems. Whether it was managing 200+ build events at Ford’s NMPDC or scaling to support over 100 Tier 1 suppliers like Forvia, Magna, and Yanfeng, our goal has been to replace fragmented workflows with a single source of truth.By focusing on our core mission of bridging the gap between design and production and managing \"everything in between,\" we ensure that what is built on the floor always matches the latest design intent. We are now exploring how AI-driven technologies and agents can further support our customers by automating complex data synchronization to reduce operational anxiety. We are firm believers in continuous, customer-led improvement—we don\'t just build software; we build the reliability and data integrity that teams need to deliver with 100% confidence.
