Since beginning my career I have had the opportunity to expand my skills from technician to engineer level, helping to develop a good eye for detail and sound understanding of what is required to deliver a successful project. The projects I have undertaken have given me in-depth experience in using various structural materials including concrete, steel and aluminium. During this period I have also had the opportunity to gain knowledge in several codes including BS, Eurocode and ACI. The spectrum of projects I have undertaken ranges widely from schools, offices, industrial and leisure to name a few. I have used my professional and academic background to extend my awareness of software assessment, development and execution within my current role providing technical support and training to RFEM/RSTAB (FEA). I have a strong passion for the development of staff through training and support.
