I am a results-driven leader with over a decade of experience in operations, strategy, and growth across diverse sectors. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth, particularly in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Currently, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer at ThriveAgric, where I lead a multi-million-dollar operation, overseeing customer and sales operations, project design, supply chain, and stakeholder engagements. Under my leadership, we scaled our network from to over customers, with a focus on supporting underrepresented groups, such as women and youth.I also lead ThriveAgric\'s first B2B SaaS product, Fida, launched in 2023, which digitizes field operations, covering farm management, inventory, and marketplace activities. My work also includes raising over $40 million in funding, building strategic partnerships, and expanding operations across several countries.Previously, I have held key roles in sales, business development, and operations in organizations like Babban Gona and Cam Dairy Foods, where I was responsible for launching and scaling distribution networks, securing funding, and improving operational processes.As a leader, I focus on creating high-performance teams and fostering innovation.
