As a social media strategist on the Global Social team, my role is to support ALL the Global and Regional Social Teams at Riot Games. I’m not attached to a specific product but tied to the social craft itself.So on the Global Social team front: • Provide social input/strategy on assigned social campaigns for games/ brand (plus provide coverage to team absences as necessary)• Build and update documentation across topics (account security, directories, creative best practices, publishing workflows, SLAs, internal resources for all social teams)• Work with social media tools and platform partners on usage, account maintenance, verification, access, and safety• Collaborate with Riot internal teams (legal, video, writing, etc.) on projects to help build social infrastructureSo on the Global Social + Regional Social team front:• Work on operation requests regarding social account maintenance, social account security, new social feature launches, general onboarding to Riot socials• Update teams on platform/tool updates that affect the social craft so everyone is up to speed
