Hi, I’m Josh. I write software, build products, solve problems, and help teams be the best they can be. I care about creating healthy work environments and guiding companies to make a big, positive impact.I got my start at a startup, building its core products from the ground up.I\'ve also done plenty of consulting work at larger, more traditional companies that need help with engineering, product, team building, and modernization. In the consulting world I\'ve also helped to sell a lot of work and build strong relationships with my clients.More recently, I\'ve worked at a large, publicly-traded tech company, with a focus on helping them operate globally and paying particular attention to data privacy work.Today, I offer services as an independent consultant, while also working to build and ship a product catered to self-organizing teams to help them effectively manage up.

Championed CI/CD and automated testing to enhance project reliability.Also working on internal products like Dev Rodeo, a project management tool crafted from my own experience leading teams.
