   Support the training strategies within the Northeast Region, which include Directly Operated Stores (Global Flagship on Fifth Avenue, Wooster Street, Manhasset, Short Hills, East Hampton, Brookfield Place, and Boston Copley) and lease locations (Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s, and Bloomingdales 59th Street). Partnering with the Store Directors, Market Director and Stakeholders, with a focus on improving behaviors and ensuring a consistent client experience throughout all locations. • Collaborate with retail leaders, training team and market trainers to create effective deployment plans. • Coach and train leaders and client advisors through on-the-floor observation, providing feedback and exemplifying the luxury experience. • Deploy trainings in store, on-the-floor with store teams and leaders to achieve performance expectations of the Global Retail Academy and Stakeholders. • Work with business partners to assess training needs and to define training priorities in the market and within each store; supporting Merchandising, HR and Client Engagement focuses. • Facilitate learning and coaching session in store, classroom and virtual. • Monitor and analyze business and training Key Performance Indicators to identify learning solutions to impact sales and learning absorption. • Instructional Design; Articulate and Rise. Content creation for On-Boarding, Product Knowledge, Leadership Development, and Client Experience at a Regional and Global level. • Extra-Curricular Activities: Chair for Interlocking – Gucci’s Employee Resource Group (DE & I) which is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees while promoting cultural awareness, diversity, and equity.
