As an advisory practice Principal I am responsible for two primary roles: Client Lead and Strategy Architect. My work within these roles includes defining client strategies, scoping projects, creating methodologies, managing delivery teams, collaborating with client stakeholders, and overall responsibility for project success and value delivery. I also provide ongoing advisory for client executives on a variety of topics of interest including function / capability development, product management, business-driven analytics and AI use cases, storytelling, annual strategic planning / budgeting, and more.
