   In this Non-Governmental Organization, working as a Digital and Financial Literacy Instructor my main challenge is to facilitate and support the adult-Hispanic students learning process related to digital, financial, and leadership literacy. I lead a small team of professionals related to personal coaching and administrative support.Actions. Facilitate the student\'s learning process by understanding the student\'s needs, customizing contents, and executing the UNIDOS US curriculum. Designed curriculum and content for the \"Google Suite for Latinas\",\"Parent Technology Basic Training\" for adults with zero computer skills, and \"Empoderando Latinas\" courses. Designed and implemented the Digital Marketing Plan of the \"Business Opportunity Center\". Designed, built, and used, digital marketing content such as flyers, logos, posts, video clips, and radio promotions. Digitalized manual customer survey, replaced by a web system based on Html, CSS, PHP, and MySql. Implemented alfabetizacion.digital.com a web platform with a job board, video classes, and announcement panel built using WordPress. Defined, designed, and built an RPA Robot solution to automatize the posting process in social media, using Python, Pyautogui, and Selenium technologies.Results:• 150 students per year, impacting 750 students since 2019 in my classroom.• Between 15 and 24 courses per year• Goal related to Enrolled with 110% of success, Graduated goal with 105% of success.• Incoming over in Grants for the Non-Profit Organization.
