About Oscar Loyd

I am proud to say that I have graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) with my M.B.A. with a focus on entrepreneurial studies. my undergraduate studies. During my undergraduate years, I obtained a dual major in Business Management and International Business with my language in Polish, with a focus on management. I also have a minor in Entrepreneurship. During my academic years, I had the opportunity to work under several organizations, from the Governor\'s Office of Economic Development to a financial company that moved from Poland to the United States. These opportunities have molded me into a charismatic leader who strives to better serve his teams to outperform KPIs. The health and success of my teams are key to my work and as I continue to grow within my career, I plan to develop new skills and become an ideal leader. Currently, I work as the COO of Faktorama Inc. where I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and responsible for all functions and needs of my teams and clients.
