I take great pride in seeing and dealing with happy customers when they have their problems solved and I\'ve found in Salesforce a solution that allows me to do it with fun and joy. My Salesforce ecosystem journey started in summer 2017 when my company corporate strategy changed to focus on Salesforce with a real focus on rising through the Partner ranks swiftly. This was a great development opportunity for me to do something different and to compliment my background in BI by providing real insight and skills to enhance the Customer reporting experience. I became a Salesforce Consultant. I developed a plan with my Company around training and to work towards becoming certified coupled with getting direct hands-on project experience. I\'ve completed many Trailhead modules and reached ‘Ranger’ Rank. I’ve also become certified in some key areas to reach my goal to become a Salesforce Architect. I’ve been involved in many CPQ projects to consolidate my training both from theory and practical point. I\'ve found a new passion!My direct project experience gave me the opportunity to go further with my learning than just CPQ features and work with other tools such as Conga, Salesforce Community Cloud and also to write lightning components and APEX at an intermediate level. I love CPQ because it challenges me every single day.Before Salesforce I\'ve worked with Qlikview and Business Intelligence that combined with my past experiences with SQL Server and software development made me a data management specialist. I\'ve also worked on several types of projects: small, big, international and SAP Implementations, getting personal and professional experience.As soft skills, I like to share and learn (we are always learning), collaborate, be part of something meaningful and elevate individuals.
