Certified Public Accountant with over twelve years of accounting and audit experience, which includes banking and investment companies, hospitals, health care centers and retail. Accounting experience consists of working as VP of Finance and Investor Operations for CircleBack Lending, Inc, an online lending company that raised more than $20M in private equity and originated approximately $480M in unsecured consumer loans. As a Controller in ITS Systems Integrators Co, Inc, oversaw the accounting department, in charge of the month and year end closing, profitability reports, cash flow projection and budget management. Also, while working in UBS, duties included daily accounting of investment companies (general ledger accounts reconciliation), compliance reporting to regulatory agencies, variances analysis, preparation of financial statements with compliance with generally accepted accounting principles of the United States (US GAAP). Audit experience involves audits of the financial statements of several hospitals and healthcare centers, retail and service clients.
