Nuevo Tren de Fraccionamiento (NTF) project.Lead, guide, develop and update, with a team of 7 schedulers, the work schedules for the execution of the project. The construction includes the fabrication of 66 modules (ranging in weight from 15 to 25 tons) and its subsequent erection in the plant of the MEGA in the province of Buenos Aires with the participation of more than 1 million man-hours. Main responsibilities:• Elaborate and update the Project Schedule weekly (with more than 1300 lines of programming).• Directed and executed control tasks for the different parts of the construction project by creating \"Two Weeks Look Ahead\" to influence weekly management productivity. • Prepare overall project status reports (weekly and monthly) both for internal use and to clients.• Evaluate project delays caused by potential engineering and project procurement backlogs.• Responsible for the project billing system.Nuevas Especificaciones de Combustible, Group B (NEC B) project Creation of schedules and other project start-up planning documents, with a team of 4 schedulers, the work schedules for the execution of the project. The construction includes the fabrication of 70 modules (ranging in weight from 15 to 25 tons) and its subsequent erection in the refinery of the Lujan de Cuyo industrial center in the province of Mendoza with the participation of more than 2 million man-hours. Main responsibilities for 8 months:• Elaborate and update the Project Schedule weekly (with more than 3 thousand lines of programming).• Update project milestones.• Directed and executed control tasks for the different parts of the construction project by creating \"Two Weeks Look Ahead\" to influence weekly management productivity.• Prepare overall project status reports (weekly and monthly): both for internal use and for clients.• Evaluate project delays caused by potential engineering and project procurement backlogs.• Responsible for the project billing system.
