I am a Senior Project Manager and Professional Engineer with 25 years of experience managing both design and construction management services for a wide array of rail and transit, roadway, water infrastructure, park, transportation facility, and education projects. I have overseen teams devoted to civil design, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, and traffic engineering. I provide hands-on management of design and construction management teams and strengthen client relationships through strong communication and close attention to the unique priorities and risks posed by individual projects. I am experienced managing the allocation of staff resources to ensure that key deliverables are completed on time and at a level of quality that meets or exceeds client standards. My past experience includes overseeing contracts with numerous public agencies in the New York metropolitan area, including the MTA, New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT), New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC), and Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY). I am a recognized industry leader who recently served as president of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) New York Metro Section, in addition to being active on several other professional organizations.
