My responsibilities focus on optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed evaluations and execute daily operations of manned voyages, ensuring alignment with the governing charter party, Tanker Operations Guide, and internal processes.Manage complex cargo operations including loading, discharge, handling, and storage, along with specific tasks such as cargo mixing, heating, and adding additives.Oversee safety protocols and environmental compliance aboard ships, addressing any security concerns according to international standards.Coordinate and communicate effectively with port agents, oversee bunker planning and de-slopping operations, and ensure precise execution of all loading and discharge orders.Issue critical documentation such as fixture notes, voyage orders, and discharge orders, and maintain timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.Proactively manage and optimize cargo intakes, vessel speed and performance, and ensure accuracy in freight invoicing and other financial responsibilities.Participate in cross-functional teams, contributing to fleet management meetings, and support in legal dispute resolutions particularly related to cargo handling.
