My greatest strength is managing/creating productive teams and quickly developing strong relationships. Making sure that any task can be easily fulfilled, using strong interpersonal skills, so that we can get a job done quick and efficiently. I formed the band Fletcher and embarked on multiple national tours around the U.S. Shortly after, I self taught myself Logic X and Protools, becoming a sound engineer and producer while simultaneously working at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services as a marketing and sales assistant to one of the the Top 10 real estate agents in the Chicago area.
