   Individual responsibility areas and main tasks• Handle customer queries: Provide customer service on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/accounts and to maintain a good relationship with them; it includes being a back-up for other customers/accounts in the team whenever needed• Handle and follow-up customer enquiry to delivery (fulfilment) and invoicing including all related tasks, transactions and documentation• Ensure regular communication to meet delivery needs and provide Logistic support• Ensure optimal transport mode according to agreed distribution channel• Pro-actively follow up requested delivery in time and full (OTIF), service, payload, optimal transport mode according to agreed distribution channel• Keep all customer records and documents orderly and digitally archived ensuring easy access and traceability• Follow-up transport-requests through to final delivery, including tracking and tracing • Ensure customer master data, customer profiles and other customer information are continuously up-to-date• Monitor and keep the age, level and rotation of stocks of assigned customers/accounts within agreed limits• Be aware of the credit limits and payment behavior of assigned customers/accounts together with sales and credit management in relation to the order to delivery processes • Monitor information of complaints, trials, delays, payments etc. plus other relevant matters that may have an effect on the business and relationship with assigned customers/accounts • Follow up and escalate claims for anomalies and deviations in services and logistics planning and coordinate corrective actions• Work according to the function and team targets, policies and procedures• Specialist can have additional key user type of roles (e.g. MBO Ambassador etc.). During ERP+ project (20••••25) SAP Key User role can also be linked to Specialist role.
