Provide technical support related to concrete production and construction including promoting the adequate use of guidelines and the implementation of best practices; assist jobsites in the evaluation and optimization of mix designs and selection of materials; review pre- and post- bid concrete documents including mix designs, specifications, quality procedures, etc; advice and input on new or improved technologies; and troubleshoot concrete production and construction.
