ABOUT OSAMA AL ISAWI

I am a Strategy Consulting Manager with experience delivering economic development, investment, and industrial transition projects across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and Australia. My work focuses on helping governments, economic zones, private sector and industry design strategies that strengthen competitiveness, attract investment and support long‑term structural change.Much of my work sits at the intersection of economic strategy and the energy transition - including industrial decarbonisation pathways, clean‑tech ecosystem development, climate‑impact analysis, and the design of incentives and regulatory frameworks that support sustainable growth. I specialise in developing national and regional investment strategies, sector roadmaps, and operating models across government and the private sector.Across these engagements, I use a combination of quantitative modelling, policy analysis and programme design to help organisations make evidence‑based decisions. This includes shaping multi‑year transformation programmes, assessing supply–demand dynamics in priority sectors, and developing structured frameworks for organisational design, investor engagement, and market expansion.I have worked with public‑ and private‑sector organisations across mature and emerging markets, supporting them to identify strategic opportunities, strengthen institutional capability, and build the conditions needed to attract and retain high‑value, resilient investment.
