As an experienced project finance professional I have over a decade years of infrastructure transaction advisory experience, I have worked extensively on complex Government Infrastructure Public-Private Partnership projects providing support on the transaction structuring of various aspects of projects financial and commercial matters for infrastructure and commercial projects across different sectors (Roads, Transport, Education, Healthcare, Bridges). I have been involved in the procurement, deal structuring, evaluation, legal processes, executive and ministry approvals, negotiation, dispute resolution, and contract management.
