ABOUT ORTRUN OBERMANN-SLUPETZKY

Through my work, I have come to recognize the profound importance of psychosocial and health competencies in today’s rapidly changing and high-pressure work environments. With this understanding, I have expanded my expertise in several areas: systemic coaching, burnout prevention, a 2.5-year program as a psychosocial counselor, and a 3-year certification in craniosacral biodynamics. My coaching practice centers on empowering women, helping them navigate stress and challenges while unlocking their full potential. I believe that stress management is a key element to personal and professional success, and I provide my clients with tailored strategies to cultivate resilience, regain balance, and achieve their goals. In addition to coaching, I integrate craniosacral biodynamics—a gentle yet effective bodywork technique—into my practice. By addressing the body’s subtle rhythms and tensions, craniosacral biodynamics offers a holistic approach that complements the mental and emotional work of coaching, helping clients to reduce stress, enhance well-being, and restore harmony. I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals in both their personal and professional lives, guiding them to find their own solution-focused path and use their resources optimally. Through this integrated approach, I help my clients manage stress, boost resilience, and empower themselves to live more fulfilling lives. While my primary focus is now on coaching, I also bring over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. I have a strong scientific and clinical background, with expertise in global project management for immunology and rare diseases, as well as leadership in matrix and line management roles within clinical research teams. This industry experience informs my coaching practice, enabling me to understand the unique stressors and challenges faced by professionals, particularly women in leadership roles.
