I didn’t start in design. I started by solving people\'s problems: managing teams, improving systems, and helping businesses grow. I’ve scaled operations, led hiring efforts, and worked closely with founders long before I knew what UX really was. My pivot into design didn’t come from a course — it came from the need to rebuild and reimagine what I wanted my work (and life) to feel like. ‍ Today, I bring all of that experience into UX — combining strategy, empathy, and structure to create digital experiences that actually help people. I’ve co-led UX for startup MVPs, delivered content strategy for founders, and supported mission-driven teams through design that’s clear, useful, and grounded in real needs.
