I am a partner in Bain & Company\'s New York office and a member of Bain\'s Private Equity and Alternative Investors practice.My focus is on serving PE and credit investors on strategy, commercial due diligence, and portfolio value creation. I lead our Firm Strategy & Operations work in North America, and have led 60+ strategy projects for alternative investors on topics including firm strategy, growth, fundraising and private wealth, adjacencies, M&A, and operations. I have also led 300+ due diligence and portfolio value creation projects with a particular focus on residential/consumer services, building products, and industrials. In addition to firm strategy and due diligence, I have worked closely with PE portfolio companies and corporate clients on strategy, value creation, and growth.
