With over 20 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and management, I am a seasoned executive of Data Management & BI Activities at Global Benefits Group (GBG), a leading provider of international health insurance and employee benefits solutions. I am responsible for overseeing all reporting and analytics activities across the enterprise, managing two data teams, and ensuring data quality, integrity and timeliness.As an expert in Tableau, DOMO, Power BI, and Microsoft 2019 Data Warehouse Tools, I have initiated and led several projects to enhance data visualization, automation, and governance for GBG and its partners. Responsible and accountable for all Reporting and Analytics activities through the enterprise. Deploy multi-million-dollar initiatives utilizing a multi-continent matrixed team comprised of both associates and offshore partners. Responsible for Enterprise Datawarehouse Development and Enhancement Functions as well as DOMO & Python & Power BI & SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Report Development and Administration. Overseeing data intake and validation jobs from 25 partners and 35 third party partners globally.
