Leading our team of 7 BI Developers responsible for generating breakthrough insights that will support and drive Alliance Health\'s enterprise analytical initiatives. • Creating integrated, high-value data products that facilitate the efficient transformation of data into information that allows for strategic decision-making throughout the organization. • Guiding our BI Developers to ensure delivery of the best solution for the challenges at hand. • Building consulting and coaching competencies of my team members, enabling them to develop and enhance their enterprise analytical and communication skills with Alliance\'s Business Units.• Assist in developing business procedures, design guidelines, and data management policies for ensuring data accuracy, and control by implementing corporate data governance policies.• Effectively communicate findings with both technical and non-technical team members, providing active leadership skills across the project team and business community.• Proactively identify opportunities and develop advanced reporting and analytics methods aligned with and guided by business unit priorities by seeking out industry trends, researching advanced methods and best practices, assessing available data sources, and evaluating external benchmarks for competitive value.• Supports corporate data analytics training initiatives by developing materials and presentations and conducting training for the BI Report Developers Team and business user groups on the various enterprise tools and data analytics principles to expand knowledge base and expertise of corporate departments.
