Reports to the State Public Affairs Officer and works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for use of initiative and independent judgment.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinates and/or performs highly complex coding, testing and debugging of programs as outline by a system’s technical and functional requirements.• Prepares test data, codes and debugs program as outlined by a system’s technical andfunctional requirements.• Oversees and/or develops diagrams and flowcharts to represent operations and data flow for applications.• Analyzes software problems and develops solutions.• Provides leadership and direction for the creation, organization and maintenance of content for the website code.• Collaborate in the design, implementation, and management of a content management system for the website\'s code, including responsibility for configuration, customization, and user support.• Create new web tools and function for the TMD website or other projects.• Identify, recommend, and implement new modes and techniques of communication to optimize discoverability of content.• Prepares content for website\'s code to ensure it is relevant, up-to-date, user-friendly and accessible.• Coordinate and collaborate with various content owners and stakeholders to update and maintain web content.• Implement website content updates and provide user support.• Provides technical advice and assistance in matters related to programming activities.• Supervise the work of others.• Perform duty in support of national emergencies, disasters and other missions, to include holidays and weekends.
