This is achieved through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and school visits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaboratively sets and reviews performance and development goals, noting the client’s progress towards those goals. Gives specific qualitative and quantitative evidence to describe a behavior and its impact, and supports the client in moving toward a desired behavior. Plans for the client’s next opportunity to implement action step(s), calendars in next observation and/or schedules real time coaching. Collects data about how the client implemented the action step and whether it had the desired impact.
