Proactively overseeing and operating all access control integrations: CCTV surveillance, alarm response modules by utilizing CCTV and ACS platform interface. Responding to any suspicious activities, hazardous incidents or dangerous occurrence. Conducting regular CCTV patrols, carrying out reviews on demand. Coordinate & collaborate with deployment & allocation of the core team ground officers and maintaining radio comm\'s to the dedicated units & posts. Implementing day-2-day operational routine & measures. Identifying security breaches, hazards and preventing crime and ensuring all activities are safe. Maintain a safe and secure environment and ensure the safety for the public and assets protection. Responding to incidents and raising concerns, reporting emergencies & crime. Scanning dynamic CCTV patrols and conducting captured reviews over the system. Allocation to officers, attendance to Panic & Fire alarm activations and emergency response. Remote access control to unauthorized areas on site. Allocation to officers of attendance to Parking Enforcement. Responding to any Police subject access request form for Evidence Data Release and reviewing footage and source of CCTV records. Faults equipment reports, trip hazards and damages to Help Desk. Crowd and Task Management and providing solutions. Responding to incidents, emergencies and crime activities and liaising with the Police. Ensure all incidents are logged as BAU and managed effectively through to completion on DOB. Assist Ground supervisor managing officer positions and breaks coverage. Maintain the standards of CR for ingress/egress and visitor regulation. Effectively handle all incoming telephone traffic into the control room. Provide timely and effective communication to venues, vendors and contractors. Communicate & coordinate event-days operations that affects security control. Input & update information into BAU electronic reporting diary. Incident tracking and management. Fault reporting & key audit.
