Liaison with hardware and software manufacturers to resolve issues• Setting up conference rooms to use technology applications and services, and performing daily checks of conference rooms to ensure all equipment is working properly• Assists with special projects on various issues as requested• Maintain excellent communication with the IT Manager on all special tasks and IT projects • Performing Cisco Merkai VLAN modifications and Sonicwall firewall for Geo-blocking and URL content filtering • Creating and updating GPO on DC • Creating intranet website and azure sync configurations
