Along with Executive leadership, oversees the management of business development, acquisitions, and organic growth of RWJBarnabas Health Anesthesia Service. Executes, maintains, and establishes accounts through client and people management. Designs, mentors and establishes care team models at respective sites to generate maximal revenue, while increasing patient and clinician satisfaction. My team will be responsible for the creation of a Anesthesia network within the RWJBarnabas Health system of hospitals maintaining a fluid service line. A Senior leader who upholds the mission statement and an exemplary representative through excellence, collaboration, ethics, and engagement.
