Improving teams User story writing and ensure efficient facilitation of collaborative product backlog refinements sessions with the Product owner and development team members to certify a shared understanding of the backlog requirements and ensuring they meet the “Ready state” before taking into the iteration. Co-launched the transitioning of developments teams into Agile from waterfall and work closely with the Agile Centre of Excellence to meet the Team launching criteria and ensure the understanding of the Team vision and objectives. Following up with the outcomes of the Agile Assessment Surveys and making sure that action items/ action criteria for continuous improvements created out of it are met.
