Oversee all project operations, including but not limited to:• A scaled framework for writing generic Python web scrapers for more than jail rosters• Architecting and maintaining an efficient pipeline for daily deployment of scraping scripts (e.g, using IONOS servers, AWS tools, Airflow, etc.)• Formalizing a complete workflow including code quality review, schematic validation in conjunction with people with legal expertise, data structuring and visualization, etc.• Hiring and overseeing a team of 15+ programmers to build scrapers and manage daily debugging requirements, with associated administrative/budgetary requirements• Maintaining a publicly accessible website built with a MEAN stack (MongoDB, Node.js, Angular) with aggregated data visualizations in D3.js, and a login-walled individual-level data portal for research and advocacy use, etc.
