Defense Search is a specialized cleared staffing division within the TalentZök family, focused on connecting defense contractors, federal primes, and subcontractors with cleared and clearable talent nationwide.In this role, I am building the Defense Search division from the ground up, developing the infrastructure, processes, and client relationships needed to compete in the federal contracting and cleared staffing market. My work spans both sides of the desk, with a focus on- Developing business with federal prime and subcontract organizations across aerospace, defense manufacturing, intelligence, and IT/cyber- Recruiting and sourcing cleared professionals across all levels, from individual contributors to senior program managers and executives- Navigating DCSA processes, facility clearance requirements, and the compliance landscape unique to cleared staffing- Advising clients as a talent partner on workforce planning, clearance considerations, and hiring strategy within the defense contracting space- Establishing Defense Search\'s market presence and service capabilities in a highly specialized, relationship-driven industryIf you are a defense contractor looking to build out your cleared workforce, or a cleared professional exploring your next opportunity, let\'s connect.
