My main job here at Telescope is leading our solutions, product development and innovation initiatives to solve the real problems that our clients face, for example how to interact with consumers in a meaningful way wherever they are, and how to measure the success of a campaign.It\'s hard to believe that 7 years ago when I joined Telescope, toll free was pretty much the only way to interact with TV shows such as Idol and Got Talent. Now we run Instagram voting for NBA, integrate social media content to live broadcast, and work closely with the teams at Twitter, Facebook and Google to bring to market new ways to engage consumers.More than anything, I\'m driven by innovation and creation. I love taking ideas that started as an insignificant part of a conversation, rallying the team and ending up with a product that we can take to market.

   As Chief Technology Officer and then as Chief Product Officer at Telescope I get to wear many hats. I was the first tech employee and the fourth hire at Telescope. During my time here I built the Tech team, now close to 50% of the company, and launched a wide variety of products from real time telephony ad serving platform for Price is Right and the Mc\'Donalds Monopoly mobile game to a live Social Engagement platform for American Idol
