ABOUT OREVA OJUH

Experienced corporate and commercial solicitor, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory. As a dual qualified solicitor, qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria, I bring a global perspective to legal practice. I started my career in one of Africa’s leading commercial law firms, where I advised on high-value cross-border transactions; notably the acquisition of a $14 million majority stake in a prominent Nigerian healthcare institution, by a health maintenance organization and the acquisition of a $200million minority stake in a leading digital payment firm by Visa Incorporated. As lead associate in the Firm\'s corporate & business advisory practice, I was responsible for business formations, regulatory compliance, and the negotiation and structuring of corporate acquisitions for a diverse client base. Since relocating to England, I have continued to deepen my expertise in corporate and commercial law and currently lead and advise on UK-based corporate acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side) and provide strategic end-to-end commercial advice to high-growth businesses across various sectors in the Midlands.
