ABOUT OREOLUWA ASONIBARE
I build systems that treat Time, Identity, and Truth as substrate‑level primitives — not features. At Roxy Systems, we’re engineering a substrate where digital actions become verifiable facts. Our foundation begins with ChronosLedger (temporal integrity) and Witness (distributed truth), and rises into products that make trust programmable across organizations. Our stack includes:Roxy Proofs — machine‑verifiable receipts for digital actions. Portable, cryptographic evidence of what happened, when it happened, and who caused it. Proofs is the trust primitive modern software has been missing.Roxy Notary — the enterprise layer built on top of Proofs. Human‑attested, legally admissible notarization for high‑stakes workflows: identity binding, intent capture, multi‑party attestation, and compliance‑grade auditability. Where Proofs delivers machine truth, Notary delivers human legitimacy. All of this sits on StrataOS, our substrate for temporal integrity, distributed attestation, and perceptual awareness. We’re not iterating on legacy architectures — we’re engineering new foundations. The SRV Standard: Sovereign. Resonant. Verifiable.Sovereign (ACCORD) Systems must respect human agency. The architecture enforces veto logic — humans remain the final authority.Resonant (Harmonics) A perception layer that distinguishes human sincerity from synthetic noise. Authenticity as a signal, not a guess.Verifiable (ChronosLedger & Witness) Every event anchored in immutable causal time. Cryptographic attestation from distributed quorums. No retroactive edits. How I WorkI believe the hardest problems require the deepest foundations. I spend most of my time in what I call the Temple of Discipline — the rigorous work of engineering clean abstractions, secure boundaries, and elegant primitives.Who I’m Looking ForRoxy Systems is a substrate company, and we hire people who think that way — Polyglot Builders and Invariant Thinkers who move calmly through complexity, learn fast, and care about correctness over performance theater. How We HireOur process mirrors our architecture: clear, ordered, auditable, and grounded in real work.No whiteboards. No trivia. No performance theater. Every candidate enters COSMOS, works inside a real system, and shows how they reason under uncertainty. If you’re building systems where truth can’t be ambiguous — or you want to join a team that treats engineering as a discipline, not a performance — let’s talk.
