Conversion of Sales Orders to invoices for 3PL shipment activities.Closing PO’s associated with contract manufacturers and ensuring they are marked as received at the proper quantities.Reviewing and verifying accuracy of invoices, application of deposits to the invoice, and final submissions of invoices to Sales to present to the customer. knowledgeable of all post-shipment issues (i.e. short shipments, incorrect color/flavor, etc) and CAPA resolution by maintaining constant contact with the sales team and contract manufacturers.Daily Data Entry and Reporting of Contract Manufacturing POs and their statusProcess incoming payments and ensure triple entry deposit logging. meet with clients for full AR audit. explain to client what orders they owe payment for and answer any questions. record credits/retainers and apply credits to invoices
