   Vehicle Dynamics Ride and Handling Benchmarking - Working with Design Engineers to develop springs, dampers and bushings based on subjective and objective testing (to meet vehicle performance requirements)- Setting Objective and Subjective Ride and Handling targets - Conducting subjective evaluations on physical properties (vehicles) to understand the essence of the performance targets set - Working on various vehicle dynamics platforms and providing feedback to improve vehicle performance - Optimization kinematics and compliance performance - Collaborating with suppliers on Tire model creation to come up with a standard testing and modeling process - Working on Software in the Loop (SIL) to integrate the various suspension and steering simulink models for co-simulation - Developed a modeling process at Rivian to meet the program requirements and support virtual freeze dates - Leading the simulation engineers to follow a Vehicle Dynamics simulation process in order to meet program deliverables for various components - Using virtual tuning tools (in Adams and Carmaker) to optimize the springs, dampers, bushings, tires and steering in order to meet the objective dynamics targets set - Creation of excel tools & MATLAB tools, using the principles of bi-cycle models, etc. to post-process test data and simulation data (with maneuvers like Slowly Increasing Steer, Step Steer, Steering Sine sweep, etc.)- Developed a correlation procedure for the transient handling maneuvers by appropriate scaling of tire models using its coefficients (Magic Formula tire & F-tire model) & integration of simulink models
