Garner Maven Global is a successful Property Investment and Development company based on the South Coast and North East of England. We work with Property Investors and Private/Angel Investors. Property Investors Garner Maven Global has a single goal to assist all of our Clients in building a successful UK property portfolio. Whether clients are looking for more properties to add to their existing portfolio or they are just starting to build their portfolio we have the expertise, knowledge and desire to ensure they succeed. Private Finance | Angel InvestorsIn order to develop our own portfolio, we use various lending streams, we use our own Capital, Institutional Lending, and Private Finance from Angel Investors. The funds are used to buy, refurbish and add value to both Residential and Commercial Properties, which we subsequently sell or refinance to release equity.
