Within the Group Procurement department, I lead the team of Procurement & Supply Chain Excellence to which the following roles report: Sustainable Supply Chain and Risk & Reporting.The main focus is to manage PartnerShip, the challenging and evolution program we dedicated to our supply chain with the ambition to lead our suppliers towards the ESG and digital evolution.PartnerShip takes the form of events, initiatives and tools of different types, from the supplier engagement program to training pills, from the ESG assessment program to business development projects.Moreover, the team is responsible for defining and executing of Group supply chain sustainability plan with the goal to foster ESG identity and approach alongside our supply chain.It is also our responsibility to elaborate the procurement ESG KPI as part of the sustainability annual report, supervising and coordinating the subsidiaries activities and data.Finally, the risk and reporting unit manage the following activities:market intelligence and commodities monitor, supply chain risk management, insight & analytics including the definition of KPIs for the group procurement department.

I started my work experience in Fincantieri in April 2013 within vendor management team, supporting the activities of supplier qualification and evaluation.At the beginning of 2015 I moved to manage the insight & analytics activities, dealing with the elaboration and monitoring of group procurement KPI.In March 2017 I took on the role of head of the procurement budgeting, controlling & reporting unit as part of the Procurement Governance area.From January 2019 to January 2022 I was responsible for coordination of the group subsidiaries to deploy the procurement governance.Since February 2022 I am responsible of the Procurement & Supply Chain Excellence area to which the following units report to: Supply Chain Sustainability and Risk & Reporting.Since October 2023, I lead “PartnerShip”, the Fincantieri evolution program dedicated to our supply chain.
