Behaviour is Canada\'s largest and longest-standing independent game developer and publisher. Established for over 30 years, Behaviour now has more than 1,300 employees, and it has participated in the development of more than 250 games. It is well known for creating Dead by Daylight. The common thread running through Orange\'s career is an interest in enabling collaborations across cultures and continents for game developers. He was the Director of Investment & Partnership at Krafton (the mother company of PUBG), helping the Korean company make investments in western studios. Prior to that he also worked at Tencent as Senior Overseas Project Manager, where he oversaw Tencent\'s co-development with Take-Two on NBA2K Online2. Orange holds a master\'s degree from Carnegie Mellon University\'s Entertainment Technology Center. Coming from a programming and game design background, his passion has always been helping developers turn great ideas into concrete steps. Outside of his regular responsibilities, Orange also spends a lot of time mentoring small indie teams and first-time entrepreneurs in the industry.OrangeQi.com
