I define, implement, and manage program controls and success criteria and identify, analyze, and manage all program-level risk. I lead program meetings and program reviews with key stakeholders. I develop and maintain program plans including budget, Estimate at Completion (EAC), resource allocation, and communications. I recovered the schedule for a critical tool to enable production to continue. I identified and ordered all unique tools for full rate production at the new production site. I led a cross-functional team to improve production schedule and meet need dates.
